At Giordano, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Giordano account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Securely place the unworn items with all original packaging and tags into the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
